Will my orders be shipped on the Same-Day they were ordered?

Most of our daily orders received before 2:00pm (EST) will be shipped on the same day placed, however an according to the volume of the orders received, we may shipped your order the next business day it was placed.

All orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day.

Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends.

If you place an order by Friday 2:00pm (EST) or later, or during the weekend (Saturday / Sunday), it will be shipped by the next Monday.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Our main shipping carrier (USPS) delivers only on Saturdays.

Do you deliver on holidays?

Unfortunately, USPS do not make deliveries on federal US holidays or the day following the holiday.

What is the estimate time for receiving my orders once shipped?

We provide FREE USPS First-Class Mail® delivery which will take between 2-3 days to deliver your order. Must of the time it only takes 2 days to get your order delivered.

What if I am not present by the time on delivery?

USPS will try to put it in the mailbox, if the mailbox is full they will leave a card in the mail box for customer to pickup up at their Post Office Box that will be written on the card.

If the package is for more than a $200.00 purchase, it will be send with acknowledgment of receipt and requires a signature. They will leave a card in the mail box for customer to pick up at their Post Office Box that will be written on the card.

How much does the shipping cost ($)?

We offer FREE USPS First-Class Mail® (2-3 days) delivery on all orders as well as insured USPS options for $3. If you do not order with Insured shipping options, we are NOT responsible for lost packages that shows tracking information being delivered to the address on the order. 

Are there any additional charges?

No! We do not have any hidden or extra fees, the price you see on your shopping cart will reflect the final cost of your order as well as the same amount charged on checkout. Taxes will be applied in the state of Florida only.

I am trying to place an order online, and it won't go through. What can I do?

Oh, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you’re using the most recent version of your internet browser.

We sincerely recommend that you preferably use Google Chrome while buying from our online store. If after installing the latest updates the problem persists, please contact us through our contact form ( with as many details as you can.

We will be more than happy to help you and solve any unforeseen technical issues. Upon request, we can place the order for you at any given time.

How do I know if Balara Jewelry received my new order?

Whenever you place an order online with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all your order details.

Please always check your order confirmation e-mail and make sure that all order details (shipping, billing, etc) are correct.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 5-10 minutes from placing your order, please contact us through our contact form ( ) and include your order number in the message. One of our customer service representatives will be glad to help you.

You can always check under Your Account where you will be able to see your order history as well as your latest order placed.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please be very careful in providing us with correct and up to date information.

You can always contact us to correct mistakes done while placing orders. However, if you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our dispatch, to ship it back you will have to pay the shipping charges.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes! In most instances, order alterations are possible but must be requested within 30 minutes after placing your order.

We are unable to provide alterations and cancellations for orders already prepared or in transit.

All changes MUST be requested by email through our contact form

Please note that during the Special Events (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day) and Public Holidays. reserves the right not to accept alterations to any orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We’re sorry you’ve changed your mind, but we understand unexpected things may happen.

Due to the urgent nature of our shipping service, we are unable to cancel orders already in process or transit to the nearest USPS facility.

To cancel an order, simply use our contact form at You must specify the Order Number and the reason why you're canceling; as well as any other personal issue you might want to share. Please add as many details as possible.

After your request, your order will be canceled and refunded if it had been previously charged (please allow anywhere from 1-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed). There are no fees if you cancel your order in the first hour after having been placed.

Please be advised that reserves the rights to cancel and refund your order at any time.

What is the minimum order amount?

There is NO minimum purchase requirement with us.

What methods of payment are acceptable?

Currently, we accept PayPal and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network). Unfortunately, we do not take any other form of payment at this time.

What if my credit card is declined?

You will receive an onscreen notification if your credit card is declined. If this is the case, you should try a different credit card, or you can also contact us with your order details, and one of our consultants will help process the payment from our end.

Why was my credit card declined when I have money?

Please call your bank or credit card company. At times they decline some amounts because of unusual activity. Then please try to place your order with us again.

Can I pick up my Jewels?

We're sorry, all our jewels are delivered by USPS. We're an Internet-based company and do not have physical stores.

Product shipped is damaged or not what I ordered, what do I do?

Please take some photos of the damaged products and email them immediately to (1-2 images per email). Please note that we need to receive your pictures within 12 hours of delivery of the jewels. A customer service manager will review them and get back to you during regular business hours.

Can I transfer my Balara Jewelry credit to another account?

We are unable to transfer your store credit. Only the account holder is able to access and use the store credit.

How can I find my ring size?

To find your best fit, check the ring size chart as well as instructions below.

If you’re a half size, it’s best to order the next size up. For example, if you’re between 6 and 7, go with a 7.

How to find out your ring size:

Step 1 - Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger like a ring.

Step 2 - Mark the spot where the paper meets, and measure the distance with your ruler.

How will my jewelry be packaged?

Your jewelry will be individually packaged in a unique Balara Jewelry card according to the item, and a pouch, like shown in the image below.

Am I able to purchase a single earring if I lose one?

Currently, all earrings must be purchased as a pair.

How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?

The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page.

What is Sterling Silver or 925?

Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing large functional objects. Therefore, silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it more strength.

Sterling silver is an alloy containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, such as copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925. This alloy preserves the elasticity and beauty of the precious metal.

Other metals can also replace the copper, most often with the intent to improve various properties of the basic sterling alloy, such as reducing casting porosity, eliminating firescale, and increasing resistance to tarnish.

What is Cubic Zirconia?

Cubic zirconia (also known as CZ) is a synthetic crystalline substance used as an alternative to diamonds. This man-made material is colorless, hard, and flawless. Its popularity stems from its diamond-like brilliance and clarity, low cost, and overall durability.

What is Rhodium?

A member of the platinum group, rhodium is a shiny, white metal that is highly reflective, durable, and expensive. It is often used as a hardening agent for platinum. In jewelry, it is plated on other metals to increase luster and prevent tarnishing.

What is Gold Plating or Gold Electroplating?

Gold plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of gold onto the surface of another metal (such as silver or copper) by chemical or electrochemical means.

Will Sterling Silver tarnish?

Chemically, silver does not react with oxygen or water at ordinary temperatures and it does not tarnish easily. However, the other metal in the alloy (usually copper) may react with oxygen in the air. As the silver's purity decreases, it is more likely to corrode or tarnish. Although sterling silver does tarnish, our rhodium-plated jewelry provides maximum durability. Our jewelry is also easy to clean and care for.

What makes Sterling Silver tarnish?

Common chemicals in perfume, hairspray, soap, and lotion will make rhodium tarnish permanently. Stay away from chlorine and other bleaches and do not wear sterling silver jewelry while swimming. Rhodium-plated and Gold-plated jewelry will rust quickly if it gets in contact with those chemical substances.

What is the best way to store my jewelry?

To keep tarnishing to a minimum, we strongly advise that you store each of your silver jewelry separately in dry, air-tight spaces, such as ziplock bags or a jewelry box. Keep your jewelry pieces from rubbing against other items when you are not wearing them. Although rhodium and gold plated silver jewelry is scratch resistant, it isn't scratch-proof.
