We offer Free 2/3 day USPS First Class Shipping as well as Insured USPS First Class Shipping to anywhere in the US & PR. Your tracking number will automatically be sent to your email as soon as your order has been fulfilled. All orders placed before 3:00 pm EST from Monday-Saturday will generally be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on a Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday. If you do not order with Insured shipping options, we are NOT responsible for lost packages that shows tracking information being delivered to the address on your order.
International Shipping (Outside of US & PR)
We offer speedy USPS First Class Package International Shipping as well as Insured (up to $100) USPS Priority International Shipping. Your tracking number will automatically be sent to your email as soon as your order has been fulfilled. All orders placed before 3:00 pm EST from Monday-Saturday will generally be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on a Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday. Returns and / or exchanges of goods purchases (excluding clearance items) are accepted 30 calendar days after receiving your items from the day the product is received. Additionally, returns and / or exchanges of goods must be sent back within 5 calendar days from the day the return has been issued. In order for the exchange or refund policies to be applied, Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, must be in their original condition, and must be sent with the original tags, cards and package all intact. Free Return/Exchange Process (US/PR)
Please read below the necessary steps for you to return or exchanged any purchase item. We do not offer free International returns & exchanges. However, international returns & exchanges are handled on a case by case bases.
- Contact us by email (Support@BalaraJewelry.com) with your order number, which item(s) you would like to return, and the reason you want to return the item purchased.
- Allow 24-48 hours to process your return request.
- We will then email you a Pre-Paid USPS Shipping Label for you to return the product(s) free of charge.
- Prepare your package and drop it off at your nearest USPS Post Office location.
Jewelry Conditions Accepted
Please be advised that we may decline a return request based on our refund verification system. All Jewelry must match the following conditions:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Returned items must be sent with the original tags, cards and package in the same way they were sent.
Jewelry Care Instructions
All jewelry is delicate. When we ship out our pieces, we make sure they are in perfect condition for you to enjoy. In order to avoid any wear and tear; or accidental damage, please follow these instructions for the longevity of your jewels. For your pieces to remain looking sparkly and new, please care for them properly.
- Remove items prior to: bathing, swimming, working out, cleaning, sleeping, or any activity that may cause damage.
- It is best to put your jewelry on as the last thing you do when you are “getting ready” in order to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, lotions, hairspray, or make-up. It is also best to remove them before sleeping to avoid any pull of chains or accidental damages that can happen while you sleep.
- If you are traveling with your jewelry in your handbag, please keep it in a safe place like a box to prevent it from getting damaged by any accidental issue. The box could protect the pieces from getting compressed.
